What is Dash Masters

Dash Masters is a fast-paced 2.5D vertical platform game where you control a hero climbing through a dangerous shaft filled with robots and obstacles. Your character automatically hops upward, while you control the direction and use vertical dashes to keep climbing. The goal is to complete each mission objective while reaching as high as possible. Quick reactions and smart movement become increasingly important as tougher enemies and boss robots appear.

How to Play

Guide your hero upward by using the Spacebar to hop from side to side. The jumping direction alternates automatically, so you need to react to the position of enemies and platforms. Use the Up Arrow to dash straight upward and gain extra height or attack enemies.

Regular robots can be destroyed by dashing into them or hitting them with missiles. You can also avoid them by hopping around their position. As you progress, boss robots will appear and take multiple hits to defeat. Focus on staying alive while completing the mission instead of rushing blindly upward.

Controls Guide

  • Spacebar: Hop upward and alternate between left and right.
  • Up Arrow: Dash straight upward.
  • Mouse: Provides an alternative control method for movement and actions.

The keyboard is generally the better choice when you need quick, precise reactions.

Advanced Tips & Tricks

  • Watch enemy positions: Look ahead before committing to a hop or dash.
  • Use dashes carefully: A vertical dash can attack robots while also helping you gain height.
  • Avoid unnecessary fights: If a regular robot is difficult to reach safely, simply hop around it.
  • Learn the rhythm: Since hopping alternates directions automatically, anticipate your next movement instead of reacting too late.
  • Save attacks for bosses: Boss robots require several hits, so avoid wasting useful attacks when you can safely bypass smaller enemies.
  • Stay focused near the top: Higher sections become more dangerous, and one poorly timed move can interrupt your climb.
